AIDA Nationals which wish to take part in this competition must submit the list of members,ncluding coaches and reserve athletes, to the secretariat.
The list should include all of the following information.

Athletes taking part in this competition must bring a medical certificate to the registration on 30th June, 2010. Medical certificates need to be written either in English or Japanese.There is an early entry discounts for the entry fee of this competition.

Entry fees for this competition are;

There are two ways to make payments for entry fee. In either way, all payments must be made by a representative of each country (or each team) for all the members of the country (or the team).

The room rate includes two JPY1,000 meal vouchers per person per night. You can use unlimited numbers of vouchers at the restaurants of thehotel anytime you wish.
(e.g. If you are staying in a 4 bedded room for 10 days, you pay JPY4,000 x 10 (days) = JPY40,000. You will receive JPY1,000 x 2 x 10(days) = JPY20,000 meal vouchers.)

The special room rates for athletes are offered for the booking/staying made between 16th June to 17th July.
There is also a free shuttle bus service between Tokyo Daiichi Hotel and Naha Airport.
The free bus service is only available from Tokyo Daiichi Hotel.
Free bus transportation service will start from the Tokyo Daiichi Hotel to the ocean and pool event venues.
If you will not stay at Tokyo Daiichi Hotel, please secure a means of transportation to the event venues by yourself.

When you arrive at Naha Airport, walk out of the arrival hall from the doors near ANA counters and you will see a red shuttle bus with a large drawing of “shiisa” (a lion-like animal) on your left at the bus stop #1.(※Advanced booking is essential)
The bus leaves as soon as it is full. (Maximum capacity; 20 people)There may be some delays to the time table depending on traffic conditions.The bus runs on schedule even if flight schedules are delayed due to weather conditions.

Training before OfficialTraining
If you wish to do training in advance of the official training period, please send an email sto info@aida2010.net with your name, nationality and the dates you wish to do training for both/either ocean and/or pool events.We will get back to you with details by email.
The cost for the in-advance training is
・ocean training: JPY5,000/training (2hrs)
・pool training: JPY240/training
The costs for in-advance training do NOT include transportation fee. We'll either hire a car or arrange the shuttle bus from the hotel, and the cost for it will be shared by the athletes attending that training (i.e. the transportaion fee/person will depend on the total number of people in the car or bus).
＊Ocean training is available with minimum of 3 people.
＊Ocean training may be canceled depending on the oceanic condition.
＊All pool training must be done with buddies.
＊Do not do pool training on your own.
＊In-advance training is available between 16th June - 29th June.
